Griffin Horter, Managing Partner
Griffin has spent his professional career advising and investing in founder-owned small businesses in the manufacturing, technology, and services industries. He has worked in investment banking and later worked as a private equity investor at Inverness Graham Investments, where he evaluated investment opportunities and provided support for the fund’s portfolio. Outside of Kaho Partners, Griffin serves in the Pennsylvania Army National Guard in the First Troop Philadelphia City Cavalry. Griffin graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Leadership and Public Policy from the Frank Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy and holds a second major in Economics.
Max Katzenstein, Managing Partner
Max has spent his professional career advising and investing in large public companies across a variety of industries. He started his career as an investment banker at Lazard and later worked as an investor at Kingdon Capital Management, a New York-based hedge fund. There he originated, researched, and monitored investments in public equities and corporate credit. Outside of Kaho Partners, Max enjoys playing soccer, running, going to concerts, and traveling with his wife, Alex. Max graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.S. in Commerce from the McIntire School of Commerce and holds a second major in Political Theory. He currently lives in Los Angeles, California.
